STEP 1
Preparation and cleaning
Make sure the old tiles are firmly attached to the wall. Clean the wall thoroughly with a good degreaser (e.g. St. Marc or ammonia) and let it dry completely. A clean surface is the basis for good adhesion.

Description
Taj Mahal – PVC Wall Panel 280 × 122 cm | Gloss
Give your interiors a timeless character with the Taj Mahal wall panel, inspired by one of the most prized natural quartzites in the world. The light, creamy-beige color palette, enriched with subtle golden veins, creates an elegant and warm effect that fits perfectly into both modern and classic arrangements.
The Glossy finish surface gently reflects light, highlighting the depth of the pattern and giving the walls the look of luxurious natural stone. Thanks to the large 280 × 122 cm format, it is possible to create a striking cladding with a minimal number of joints, resulting in a cohesive and exclusive appearance.
The panel is made of high-quality solid PVC with a thickness of 3 mm, making it 100% waterproof and perfectly suited for rooms exposed to moisture. It is an ideal choice for bathrooms, shower enclosures, kitchens, laundry rooms, and other wet areas. The smooth, non-porous surface does not absorb moisture and is extremely easy to keep clean.
Installation is quick and convenient – the panel can be glued directly to a properly prepared substrate using polymer-based mounting adhesive. It does not require grouting, ensuring the resulting surface is aesthetic, modern, and easy to maintain.

STEP 2
Measuring and cutting
Measure the wall. Dizzplace PVC boards are only 3 mm thick, so they are very easy to cut to size. Use a sharp utility knife (score and snap) or an angle grinder with a diamond disc for precise cuts around pipes.
STEP 3
Applying the adhesive
Apply a high-quality polymer adhesive (High Tack) to the back of the board. Use a zigzag or dot pattern to spread the adhesive evenly.
STEP 4
Positioning and pressing
Press the board firmly against the old tiled wall. At just 3 mm thick, you lose practically no space in the bathroom.
STEP 5
Waterproof sealing
Neatly finish corners, edges along the floor and joints with the shower tray or bath using mould-resistant sanitary silicone in a matching colour. This guarantees a 100% waterproof seal.

Frequently asked questions
Can the panels be installed over old tiles?

Are the panels suitable for bathrooms?

How do I clean the panels day to day?
Just wipe with a damp cloth. The smooth, grout-free surface makes it easy to keep clean.
