Patagonia Quartzite is a high-quality solid PVC wall panel inspired by exclusive Patagonia quartzite. The unique combination of white, beige, gray, and subtle gold accents creates an elegant stone effect that works perfectly in both modern and classic arrangements.

The panel is 100% waterproof, making it ideal for bathrooms, shower enclosures, kitchens, laundry rooms, and other moisture-prone areas. The smooth, non-porous surface does not absorb water and is exceptionally easy to keep clean.

The large 280 × 122 cm format means few joints: one panel often covers an entire shower wall or the strip above a kitchen worktop, creating a uniform surface resembling a large-format stone slab. Installation is quick and simple – the panel is glued to a stable surface with polymer-based mounting adhesive, spread over the entire back with a notched trowel.

It is an excellent alternative to ceramic tiles and natural stone – no grout, no dust, and no time-consuming finishing work.

Installation guide

STEP 1

Preparation and cleaning

Make sure the old tiles are firmly attached to the wall. Clean the wall thoroughly with a good degreaser (e.g. St. Marc or ammonia) and let it dry completely. A clean surface is the basis for good adhesion.

STEP 2

Measuring and cutting

Measure the wall. Dizzplace PVC boards are only 3 mm thick, so they are very easy to cut to size. Use a sharp utility knife (score and snap) or an angle grinder with a diamond disc for precise cuts around pipes.

STEP 3

Applying the adhesive

Apply a high-quality polymer adhesive (High Tack) to the back of the board. Use a zigzag or dot pattern to spread the adhesive evenly.

STEP 4

Positioning and pressing

Press the board firmly against the old tiled wall. At just 3 mm thick, you lose practically no space in the bathroom.

STEP 5

Waterproof sealing

Neatly finish corners, edges along the floor and joints with the shower tray or bath using mould-resistant sanitary silicone in a matching colour. This guarantees a 100% waterproof seal.
