Returns Policy of Dizzplace

(English version — for international customers)

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Dizzplace, you can return your order under the following conditions.

14-Day Cooling-off Period

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer law.

How to initiate a return?

To start a return, send an email to returns@dizzplace.com containing:

Your name

Your order number

Which products you wish to return

We will confirm your return request within 2 working days.

Conditions for returns

The product must be unused.

The product must, if reasonably possible, be in its original packaging.

The product must not have been damaged or cut to size by you. Panels that have been cut to size at your request cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning or bringing back the panels are at your own expense. Due to the large size (280 × 122 cm), we advise you to arrange suitable transport yourself or deliver the panels in person to our warehouse.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method you used.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect panel? Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@dizzplace.com, including clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
