Delivery Policy of Dizzplace

Delivery zone

We deliver our wall panels exclusively within a radius of 160 km around our warehouse in Valkenswaard.

This includes, among others, the following regions: North Brabant, Gelderland, Utrecht, South Holland, Zeeland, Limburg, as well as border areas in Belgium and Germany.
Outside the delivery zone (Pickup)

Do you live outside our delivery zone? Then you can only pick up your order at our warehouse.

Pickup hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, Saturday by appointment (tel: +31 685513217).
Delivery costs

Free delivery on orders over €500. For orders under €500, the delivery costs are €49.
Delivery time

The expected delivery time for wall panels is: 2–5 working days.

The delivery time for samples is: 1–3 working days.
Order confirmation

After receiving your payment, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
Damage upon delivery

Did you receive a damaged panel? Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via support@dizzplace.com and include clear photos of the damage.
Order not received

Did you not receive your order within the expected delivery time? Please contact us within 14 days via support@dizzplace.com.
