Retourbeleid van Dizzplace
Bent u niet helemaal tevreden met uw aankoop? Geen probleem. Bij Dizzplace kunt u uw bestelling retourneren onder de volgende voorwaarden.
14 Dagen Bedenktijd
U heeft het recht om uw bestelling binnen 14 kalenderdagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van redenen te annuleren en te retourneren. Dit is uw wettelijk herroepingsrecht op grond van de Europese consumentenwetgeving.

Wij bevestigen uw retourverzoek binnen 2 werkdagen.
Voorwaarden voor retourneren
•Het product moet ongebruikt zijn.
•Het product dient, indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk, in de originele verpakking te zitten.
•Het product mag niet beschadigd of op maat gesneden zijn door u. Panelen die op uw verzoek op maat zijn gesneden, kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.
Kosten voor retourzending
De kosten voor het terugsturen of terugbrengen van de panelen zijn voor uw eigen rekening. Vanwege het grote formaat (280 × 122 cm) adviseren wij u zelf passend transport te regelen of de panelen persoonlijk af te leveren op ons magazijn.

Terugbetaling
Zodra wij uw retourzending in goede orde hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, storten wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terug via de originele betaalmethode die u heeft gebruikt.
Beschadigd of verkeerd product ontvangen?
Heeft u een beschadigd of verkeerd paneel ontvangen? Neem dan binnen 24 uur na levering contact met ons op via support@dizzplace.com, inclusief duidelijke foto's van de schade en uw ordernummer. Wij lossen het zo snel mogelijk voor u op.
Proefstalen
Proefstalen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.

Returns Policy of Dizzplace

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Dizzplace, you can return your order under the following conditions.
14-Day Cooling-off Period
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer law.
How to initiate a return?
•Which products you wish to return
We will confirm your return request within 2 working days.
Conditions for returns
•The product must be unused.
•The product must, if reasonably possible, be in its original packaging.
•The product must not have been damaged or cut to size by you. Panels that have been cut to size at your request cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs
The costs for returning or bringing back the panels are at your own expense. Due to the large size (280 × 122 cm), we advise you to arrange suitable transport yourself or deliver the panels in person to our warehouse.

Refund
Once we have received and checked your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method you used.
Received a damaged or incorrect product?
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect panel? Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@dizzplace.com, including clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
