The mix is pressed in a mould that copies the texture of stone and cured without firing. It looks like stone, weighs a fraction of a stone slab and can be bent. It is not natural stone, PVC or SPC, but a mineral material.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhere can I use it?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, hallways and bathrooms outside the direct water spray. It also works on columns, arches, niches and fireplace surrounds (keep a distance from open fire). It can also be used outdoors on a flat, load-bearing substrate. Not suitable for floors.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhich substrate?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlat, load-bearing, clean and dry walls: plaster, concrete, plasterboard and even old tiles. The wall must be really flat, because a flexible panel shows every unevenness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHow do I fix it?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApply polymer adhesive \u003cstrong\u003eover the full surface\u003c\/strong\u003e with a 3–4 mm notched trowel. Do not use dabs, or the flexible panel will ripple. One panel needs about 1 cartridge of our \u003ca href=\"\/en\/products\/polymer-mounting-adhesive-600-ml\"\u003e600 ml mounting adhesive\u003c\/a\u003e, twice as much adhesive as a standard 290–310 ml cartridge. With a 280 cm panel it is best to work in pairs: set the panel at the bottom and press it on from the centre outwards. Install at about +10…+25 °C and let the panels acclimatise in the room for 24 hours beforehand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCutting and corners\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCut a 3 mm panel with a sharp knife or scissors. On arches and columns bend the panel slowly and support it until the adhesive has set. A sharp 90° outside corner cannot be wrapped: cut the panel there and butt-join it or finish with a profile.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHow many panels do I need?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne panel covers 60 cm of wall width up to 280 cm high. Divide the wall width by 0.6 m and add 5–10% for straight walls or 10–15% for arches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCare\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Do not use solvents, acetone, acids, descalers or abrasive cleaners.
